Recommended Posts

Great hire. Exceptional resume.  Cooper Kupp is one of the best receivers in the league.

Two lines stand out on his bio:

"Continued improvement "

"Spent most of his career with wide receivers"

Nuff sedd!

I debated whether to put link up due to it containing phrases I will not mention,  on OBDF.  It contains excellent info but still feels wrong.

It looks like he also coached for Kellen Moore’s dad at Prosser HS in 2007.

Last I heard, they where convinced that they are about take control of the Pac 12 while the UO is in a tailspin stuck with a D coordinator as coach. I don't expect that to change till the alarm clock once again shatters the dream come September.

There is an interesting read on a "state-north-of-Oregon-with-a-canine-mascot" fan board regarding this hire.

The fan comments range from "he's a traitor" to "he really wasn't THAT good" to "*bleep* the Ducks"!!

An interesting quote from the article is this:

"There’s no way to sugarcoat that this is a disaster from an optics standpoint"

The comments from the fans and the writers perspective of how bad this is for the aforementioned "state-north-of-Oregon-with-a-canine-mascot"....well, it makes me smile!

The link if you are interested:

That is an INCREDIBLE article....as I had no idea how great a recruiter this guy was.  He brought in a ton of 4-Star WRs, including many that Oregon was after at the time.

"Washington is clearly being made to look like the little brother in the relationship."

"We’ve already seen Bynum enter the transfer portal and it would not be a surprise to see either McMillan (and potentially Odunze) enter as well. Germie Bernard was set to enroll this week but now it would not be a surprise in the slightest to see him enter the portal and enroll at Oregon instead."

Thank you Ktmguy2018!

Sadly Huskies are one of my fav breeds, lots of personality and very fun which is a lot more than I can say about the team up north that does a disservice to the Husky breed.

Round thses parts(Ducker house) we refer to them as Fuskies.

I love this one

In my opinion this is less an indictment on DeBoer and the program and more of a total lack of class by Junior Adams. Totally lack of class by Adams. Totally classless move by him to accept the position and then go to Oregon. He has to know that he won't be welcomed back to Seattle anymore!

I hate to be “that guy” but we’ve been doing this since Mario announced he was leaving for Miami.

I'll agree that the reaction isn't unique to Washington. But what we' said

about Mario generally was that his recruiting was great, but his player development, in game decision making, delegation of duties to OC's were lacking, and that those traits were unlikely to change in Miami.
