Dante's been a starter from freshman to senior in high school and is considered a very polished recruit compared to other high school kids. Usually you'll keep your top employees informed and ask for their input, so that they feel a part of the process, especially since conference realignment is being driven by football. Thats Top 15 recruiting When and if Young committs to Oregon that would be at the top level. The top top level. Pulling a recruit from Alabama or Georgia is and would be outstanding.
