72 years old today.

 

116-55 record at Oregon is No. 5 all-time wins in the conference behind Donahue, James, McKay and Howard Jones.

 

From 1995-2008, 14 seasons, despite winning/sharing conference titles he was never acknowledged as conference coach of the year.  A petty result from his peers.

 

Chip took over in 2009 and was CofY in 2009 and 2010 with the program Mike had built.
