Ducks Land Two Projections to Secure Commitments from Blue-Chip Players in 2025 Class

The Oregon Ducks have been off to a hot start on the 2025 recruiting trail, sitting with one of the top classes in the nation and coming off of a couple-weekend stretch where they hosted some of the most coveted players in the nation.

One of the players that visited — 4-star EDGE Nasir Wyatt — is really starting to trend Oregon’s way. The blue-chip defender from Mater Dei down in California has been projected to land with the Ducks, with a few 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions coming in earlier this month from Steve Wiltfong, Brandon Huffman, and Greg Biggins. On Wednesday, 247Sports analyst Tom Loy also put in a prediction for Wyatt, the No. 2 EDGE and No. 27 player in the 2025 class, to choose Oregon.

Loy also placed another Crystal Ball prediction on Wednesday, saying that 4-star safety Jadyn Hudson is likely to commit to the Oregon Ducks as well. Hudson is rated as the No. 8 safety and No. 96 overall player in the class.

At the moment, Oregon has the No. 11 class in the 2025 cycle, but if they could add both of these players, Dan Lanning would be well on his way to securing another top-5 ranked class this year.
