Recommended Posts

During the football season, podcasts were included with the game for that week. Podcasts still are taking place, just not as often.

I also have noticed that the podcasts now are covering more than just football. For instance, the one following includes some talk about basketball.

Those podcasts will now be posted under this thread as they occur. Also, check older podcasts Right Here as we will keep the thread to no more than 50 podcasts at a time.

Check back often for some informative listening...

Oregon RB Coach Carlos Locklyn is leaving for Ohio State. Now what?

A rumor began flying around on the internet that Oregon RB coach Carlos Locklyn is planning to leave Dan Lanning's staff for Ohio State. It now appears that Dan Lanning has to hire a new running backs coach.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin discusses the internet rumors about Locklyn leaving. As Spring football gets set to resume, what are some of the thinnest position groups on Oregon's roster?

Oregon Men's Basketball had Vyctorius Miller decommit from their 2024 class, leaving them with just one incoming high school recruit this cycle. The move ensures that Dana Altman and his staff HAVE TO have success in the transfer portal.

Oregon Football's 2025 Recruiting Efforts are about to Heat Up

The last tangible news Oregon has had on the recruiting front for 2025 was a decommitment at wide receiver. They're expected to land 4-star WR Cooper Perry from Scottsdale, Arizona. The momentum should continue from there.

On this edition of the Autzen Audibles Podcast, Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil welcome to the show Oregon linebacker coach Brian Michalowski to tell his coaching story, his thoughts on Oregon's football program, and his perspective of recruiting and developing college football players at Oregon. All that and a lot more is discussed on this edition of the Autzen Audibles Podcast!

Please leave a review of our podcast on iTunes if you can! We record a podcast once a week during the off-season for football, and then from the months of August to January, we record two and sometimes three podcasts per week. Our podcasts are always heavy on Oregon football but we make it a point also to try and cover Oregon men's and women's basketball, recruiting for both sports, and any other major storyline in the world of Oregon athletics.

Matt Prehm has covered Oregon football, basketball, and recruiting since 2009, and during that time he's covered four different head coaching searches by Oregon football, a Final Four in basketball, two different national championship games for Oregon football, and over 10 recruiting cycles for both football and basketball.

Erik Skopil has worked for DuckTerritory since December of 2016 and has covered two head coaching searches for football, while also covering Oregon football's regular season, basketball, women's basketball, softball, and recruiting for all those sports.

Jared Mack joined DuckTerritory as an intern in 2019 before becoming full-time in 2021. Mack has covered one head coaching search for football while also covering men's & women's basketball. Jared serves as our resident Oregon baseball insider and covers the program as in-depth as anyone in the market.

Oregon's Dante Moore is one of the most interesting players this week

Oregon Football's Spring Game is this Saturday, April 27th--the public's first look at Dan Lanning's year 3 Ducks team. Dante Moore is one of the most fascinating players who will take the field this week at Autzen Stadium.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin also talks about young players who could see increased roles for the Ducks in 2024. Are those opportunities limited because of availability of transfers in the portal? 9:30

Oregon Men's Basketball has yet to make major moves in the transfer portal this offseason. Targets continue to emerge, and former Villanova/Washington State guard TJ Bamba would also be....a perfect fit. Plus, a piece of news surrounding Oregon WBB coach Kelly Graves to not overreact to. 21:20

Oregon has yet to make any major moves in the transfer portal this Spring, but have been tied to a couple of notable names. Will they land TCU transer Damonic Williams or Texas A&M transfer Jacoby Mathews?

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin discusses some of the new rule changes in college football. Some make sense, but others make college football a worse product to watch on TV. 10:55

Oregon Men's Basketball has landed its first transfer portal commitment of the cycle, landing Stanford F Brandon Angel. He had his best year yet with the Cardinal this past season, and his arrival should excite Oregon fans about the potential of next year. 22:15

Oregon has had just one player transfer out in the Spring portal window, and they're yet to bring someone in despite targeting a couple of names (who are still available). Another target just might have emerged in Michigan State DT transfer Derrick Harmon.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin goes on to share a note about each of Oregon's top 2 quarterbacks. Dillon Gabriel should remind Duck fans of Chip Kelly's first quarterback: Jeremiah Masoli. 10:40

Oregon Basketball got HUGE news with the return of KJ Evans for next season. Perhaps even more interesting is that big man N'Faly Dante might not be done as a Duck. 21:40
