Will Howard looked much better week 2 and the talent they have with Judkins, Henderson and that WR room...  2.) USC- Pains me to say they are the most physical of all the new members. They certainly have the best win thus far. Miller Moss looks to be deadly accurate and if the defense continues holding up all I have to say is geesh.  3.) Penn State- Based solely off week one at West Virginia and their consistency of winning against everyone in conference except the big two.  4.) Oregon- Talent is still there. You can't name a more talented roster in the league except the 3 ahead of them.  5.) Michigan- Gotta believe they will get better with more reps. Remember they lost thirteen players to the draft and their coach. I believe in their pedigree enough to just think Texas is a year ahead of them with Ewers returning.  Nebraska is close but they have to beat somebody better than Colorado to prove they're back.
