Posted April 16Apr 16 University of Oregon suing former RB coach Carlos Locklyn for breach of contract WWW.OREGONLIVE.COM UO filed a civil suit against Locklyn for breach of contract earlier this month, claiming when went to Ohio State he owed approximately $400,000 and has yet to pay the school.
