Posted December 10, 20213 yr Given the same goal of winning, do college players want the chance for more plays? Or would they rather play fewer plays? Somebody smarter than me can confirm, but I recall Chip/Helfrich Duck teams had a goal of 90 offensive plays per game, and the defense had about 80. Cristobal teams seemed to struggle to get 60 offensive plays per game, but often managed more than 80 defensive plays. Is there any reason that an offensive player would want to play fewer plays?
