Coach Dillingham, "We want to keep guys fresh that way at the end of the game. We have fresh legs. So I mean, the more running backs you have, the better," 

 

Meaningful reps from more backs not only means fresh legs for the 4th quarter, but all backs get developed.  Morale is boosted!  Practices are better and buy-in to the total program is better.
