Williams, who played in 33 career games with the Bulldogs, was a valuable contributor who was considered to potentially test the NFL Draft waters this offseason. Instead, he entered the transfer portal, and after a visit to Eugene over the weekend, decided that he wanted to finish out his collegiate career as a Duck. Evan is much more than Bennett’s younger brother. He is one of the Mountain West’s best defenders over the last two seasons. Oregon’s secondary is looking to improve next season and it just added one of the best safeties on the west coast.
