    It was always speculated that early playing time was important for him. With Cal now lacking any QBs it wouldn’t be a leap to think he wants flip back to Cal where he’d be the presumptive starter immediately. Nothing about the Oregon QB room has changed (barring a silent commit from a transfer) so it must have more to do with playing time at Cal than feelings towards Oregon.
