The Ram pitcher has not only been superb, but gone the entire nine innings in a 0-0 game. Starter for Oregon Collin Clarke gave us seven scoreless innings, and then big Cole Stokes (6'6") came in for two scoreless innings with his 97 mph fastball and a very nasty curve/drop ball pitch. We go to the tenth with Freshman from West Linn Gabe Howard trying to close...

Good gosh, 0-0 after six innings with a pitchers’ duel. Not only has Collin Clarke done well, but his low pitch count allows him to continue on in the seventh inning.

0-0 after five innings, and the Rams decided to test true freshman catcher Coen Niclai, of the Ducks who threw a perfect bullet to easily get the runner trying to steal second base.

0-0 after four innings.

Down 17 at one point? Damn...glad I recorded it and can watch without trepidation...great win. Is this the game that turns this season around?

Wowsa. Oregon scored a run from third when Dominic Hellman hit ground ball to the Rhode Island shortstop, who then threw to low to first base for the only error and run of the game! I will have the game summary out later...

This was a fantastic article that will impact Oregon and the Playoff. I will be saving the link for reference in the future, as I know I will want to know these scheduling differences later. Jon....

Some pretty insane differences in scheduling, and feels like they are penalizing Georgia for their success? By contrast, our schedule is MUCH more favorable..,

It hurts our depth, but that is the issue; he was not going be a starter, is a senior, and wants to play. I can’t blame him, but it does give some highly talented RS freshmen, and incoming freshmen who are highly heralded to have a shot at playing time as backups.

Update at 5:23 PM on Thursday...they have reset the ad parameters, and the problem will gradually go away over the next 12 hours or so. (Cache' has to clear) If on Friday you see ads inside of posts--do let me know. They are supposed to be in between posts, but not actually in them. Apparently somebody there "turned on the full spread" of ads, and they do not know how/why it was initiated. At least they owned it this time, as usually they deny and say the problem is on my end...but it mysteriously goes away after while when I did nothing to solve it. (They did in the background) But I can't complain, as they admitted to it this time... Thanks for your patience!

I would like to think that over the years--as they get used to us and enjoy the glory Oregon teams bring to the B1G, they will warm up to us?
