Easy to armchair now, but if that play call was read the D and keep or hand off - had TT put the ball in NW's gut, pulled it and keeps, he waltzes for an easy 1st down.  Not bad-mouthing the kid, but it doesn't look like he made any kind of read at all, just handed it off.  Maybe that was the play call, handoff no matter what.

Welcome to the OBD Forum DuckStrike.  Looking forward to reading more of your insight's here!

Offensive line; C grade would have been higher but they keep making critical mistakes when they get down close to scoring.

I would grade the OL as a sold "B". When you have two RB's gain over 100 yards, the OL did their job, in my opinion.

Bucky Irving = 143 yards on 19 carries, 7.5 average yards per carry.

Noah Whittington = 108 yards on 20 carries. 5.4 average yards per carry.

Oregon Rushing = 308 total  rushing yards.

What do U want to bet that IF Oregon gets Georgia or some other top SEC team to agree to play us anywhere in Oregon , they'd likely refuse?  Or am I wrong again and we do have a top SEC team on the schedule due to come out to our "neutral" site?  Charles may have the answer to this one.

Might I suggest Corvallis as our "neutral site"?

To my knowledge, Autzen Stadium is the largest football venue in Oregon.

After the remodel of Reser Stadium is complete, the maximum attendance will be ~39,000. Probably wouldn't even meet the ticket sales needs for a major SEC team.

Might have to choose Lumen Field (home stadium of the Seahawks) which only holds just under 70k. Had to withhold my gag reflex while writing that.

There's a 2024 CB recruit from Sheldon HS here in Eugene named Nikko Klemm.  Is there any relation to our Off. Line coach Adrian Klemm?

    Yes, Nikko is Adrian's son.

"And probably the most interesting name on the list from the 2024 class is three-star cornerback Nikko Klemm from Eugene.

He’s a top-five player in the state and the son of Oregon offensive line coach Adrian Klemm. With Oregon on the road in Pullman, he’ll make the trip to Corvallis."

Will Arizona State’s committed recruits remain loyal following the departure of coach Herm Edwards?

  6. The Purple Poodles have feasted at home this year where they are 6-0.

On the road they are 1-2 with their lone win at the Mighty California Golden Bears by a score of 28-21.

    They lost at UCLA 32-40.

    Lost at ASU 38-45.

Their last game was in Seattle where they beat Oregon State on a field goal with 8 seconds left. Beavs eschewed going for a field goal twice in the red zone(7 and 15 yard lines) in the first half and turned the ball over on downs. Arguably should have beat Washington.

IF the Ducks play typical Lanning Ball, they will be 9-1 after Saturday with a 40 something to 20 something score.

  7. Should one look at the entire CFP Rankings, 41.67% of the Pac12 is ranked in the top 25, with 20% of those top 25 teams being comprised of Pac12 teams. With Washington replacing Oregon State in the top 25 after they played this last weekend, it's not hard to rationalize that OSU isn't very far from being in the mix.

    Oregon - 6

    USC - 8

    UCLA - 12

    Utah - 13

    Washington - 25
