Locklyn was a popular name in the coaching market this offseason, receiving offers from a number of high-profile schools to join their staff. However, he turned those down to stay in Eugene and work alongside Dan Lanning.

Oregon Ducks running backs coach Carlos Locklyn has signed a contract extension that will keep him in Eugene through the 2026 season.

    So happy about this, as he deserves his increases.  He has been a target of other teams, and will continue to be.  Love his attitude...
