A federal Title IX lawsuit against the University of Oregon, which implicates the school's relationship with NIL collective Division Street, does not appear to have slowed down the partnership.  At least not in the gym.

While Division Street itself is not subject to the provisions of Title IX, the athlete plaintiffs assert that the university effectively runs the collective and should therefore be responsible for its alleged acts of gender discrimination.

So, does the shoe fit?

The university and its affiliated NIL collective have partnered on a new UO-branded Nike sneaker. Does the shoe drop complicate their legal defense?
