Jon Joseph Moderator No. 1 Share Posted October 25, 2021 Another P5 job opens up. Kirby Holcutt is great at hiring HCs except for football. Chance for Graham Harrell to come home? But Sonny Dykes has to be high on the list. SMU might still be a good addition to the reconstituted B12? SMU, Memphis, Boise and San Diego State are all potential targets to take the B12 to 16 teams. Memphis would help Cincinnati, W VA and UCF geographically as Boise and SDS would help BYU. A B12 with these 16 teams would be deeper and better than the Pac-12 even without OK and TX. I continue to believe that it was an error for the Pac-12 to stand pat. The Pac-12 this season even with Clemson down is behind the ACC in both the FPI and SP+ rankings. The only Pac-12 team that has exceeded preseason expectations, Oregon has met same, is Oregon State.
