HDuck No. 1 Share Posted October 3 Myself, and a few other ticket holders I know, have been having problems with the Oregon GameDay app this week. We have had trouble accessing our tickets for Michigan State. We have had to contact the Ticket Office directly for find a "work around" because the App is not working properly. Interim steps such as updating the iOS on an iPhone, clearing the iPhone cache, deleting and reloading the App, have not worked. The Ticket Office is aware of the issue. My caution for those of your reading this message, try the App today. Do not wait until you are in the parking lot on Friday. Personally, I was unable to get access to tickets via the App to download to Wallet. It required a Ticket Office intervention. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
SeattleDuck No. 2 Share Posted October 3 I was having problems as well. I think it’s related to integration with Ticket Master since I have similar problems with Seahawks tickets.
