Oregon doesn't have a problem, they have issues.  Issues can be resolved.   Oregon has recalibrated and moving in the right direction.

Well one thing for sure.  Over the next 9 Days we will get a whole lot better assessment and an accurate direction that OBD_V2014 will be this season.

 

Time for OBD to reamerge as a "Top Duck" in the national narrative!
