I think it speaks volumes regarding our coaching staff and their ability to gel all of these new players in such a short period of time. And it seems clear that we are just beginning to 'jell.' I think we're in about the equivalent of 3rd gear in a 6-speed, ultra-performance, transmission. 30Duck No. 2 Share Posted 7 hours ago Outstanding article, and I don't know what kind of work the other Oregon Natty contenders put in, but I'm thinking it doesn't come close to this Oregon team. Not only is the talent and physicality unmatched by any Duck team, the work, the recruiting, the camaraderie is why this team is legit. And they'll just get better. I believe what Harmon says, "We're just scratching the surface. We've still got a lot of work to do.
