30Duck Moderator No. 2 Share Posted Friday at 02:00 AM There is talk now that with a win at Washington, and at least 1 win in the B1G Tournament, the Men could end up a 5, which seems about right. The Altman push has come along again to put them in this spot. I can see a Sweet 16. or a loss in the first game. I don't see anything past the 16. Bamba has turned his game around, and it's no coincidence that the team is winning now. Shelstad & Bittle are a good combo, but the Ducks still don't have a reliable 3rd option. They aren't a good rebounding team, and the defense has picked up, Bittle blocks shots, but opponents can basically score at will in the paint, and hit 3's. We saw the Women lose their first game in the B1G Tournament, and I wouldn't bet on them getting a win in the NCAA' Tournament for No.20. But the step up from last season is impressive.
