For those who attended U of O, the documentary shows the iconic buildings that are on campus, and the cost to build. Inflation is real.

 

Since this is classified as a Recruitment film, thank goodness marketing has improved over the years. However, the fly over footage of the campus was probably cutting edge back then. 
 

 

Contrast the campus in 2021. Such a beautiful place. Springtime in Eugene is upon us, and I can still remember those warm spring days trying to determine if you could skip class and enjoy the “college scenery”. 
 

 

Back in the early 70's my dad and me, and some other U of O faculty members and some of my friends used to play basketball early Saturday mornings, at Gerlinger Hall, which was constructed, 1919-21.
