However, Nick Saban and friends are well aware of the issues that need to be addressed, but without help from Congress, the newly formed committee, including former Alabama coach Nick Saban, will be shoveling sand against the tide (Tide?) The NCAA, with over 1100 members, is too unwieldy to properly address the issues that plague the big-time moneyball sports. The NCAA's win-loss record in court has the NCAA playing alone in Division IV.
