Charles Fischer Administrator No. 1 Share Posted 3 hours ago Devin Bell originally came from La Grande High School, and went to Western Oregon University, and pitched this year a low 2.39 ERA for the Wolves, and he did it pitching a boatload of 75 innings. He will be here in Eugene next year with one year left.
