I like the narrative this game has, in June; it will get even louder as the game gets closer. Lanning and Oregon are absolutely not looking at this as Oregon's got nothing to lose. But Franklin's history, the returning QB, the White-Out all puts Penn State in the driver's seat...maybe off a cliff.

Seems to me a two-loss B1G team did just that last season, no?

Probably the last season with 12 teams in the PO, but at least seeding is squared away this season if the committee doesn't do something stupid like ranking a G6 team at No. 9. OBD definitely got the shortest end of the seeding stick. Still, I'm happy the Ducks defeated Penn State.

Beating Penn State at a White-Out combined with last season's CCG win will continue to take some of the bite away from the Rose Bowl game that was over even quicker than the one against osu2.
