Posted June 24Jun 24 Administrator Frankly, Oregon deserves the ranking received, (No. 20) as we peaked too early. The last two years the Ducks finished at No. 12 in the nation, and we have good times ahead. Surprisingly...D1Baseball put Beavis at No. 4, and B1G MCWS representative UCLA at No. 5 in the nation. Think of it...Oregon took six out of seven games against those teams. Sigh. (I can't complain...we had our chances) With Arizona at No. 7, the west coast finished with three in the top seven, and five in the top 25 with Oregon at No. 20, and UC Irvine at No. 25. There is good baseball on the west coast that is ignored back east, and thankfully--D1Baseball sees it.
