    Both are at where I think they should be. Penn St. has more proven talent, better DC, and of course it's in Happy Valley. USC has to prove it this season to get any respect, bettors have wisened up, I don't think there is a lot of confidence that they'll rebound much. Maieva might prove to be more of a gamer and winner, we'll see I guess.
