It makes sense strategically if you ignore the fact you have to replace 100% of the players every 4 years and the new players will be too scared to sign.These types of NIL deals are DIRTY! The agents are just as dirty for not refusing to accept this condition in the contract that could ruin the life of a player he is representing.He's a minor and his family could lose their home, be bankrupted or other bad stuff.
