We you rather lose Mario now, or as soon as the U job opened?

 

It is clear now that Mario would jump as soon as it opened.

 

I prefer now instead of a year or so after he signed the 8Mil/yr 10 yr deal.

 

If the nucleus of the team stays and doesn't transfer, a good HC and asst hires will have a lot to work with.  If they can't make it good in the next year or two, then we just struck out.
