There aren’t many coaches left, so the next coach better have a staff that will follow.

Wilson's recruiting is going to be missed. Look at the linebackers he brought in.

Absolutely.  But I understand why he'd take it, it's another "going home" scenario since he was at Nevada for so many years previously.

Everybody seems to be going home. That might be a trend to carefully look at.
