Not only did he fail in that, Alabama also showed him what an offense needs to look like to win now. In 5 games against Top 10 teams with Stetson Bennett at QB, Georgia is 2-3, Bennett has completed 53% of his passes, 6.9 yards per attempt, his TD to INT ratio is 7-6. Don't wait to bring in the QB with a live arm, start JT. Daniels against Michigan.
December 19, 20213 yr Moderator Saturday Down South, the site that covers the SEC in more detail than any other stated that UGA would not beat Bama if Daniels was not the QB. If Smart does not start Daniels vs Michigan I think it will show that Smart can get UGA to the precipice but not to a championship win.
