Did you hear Coach Lanning speech at halftime tonight? Wow, I was ready to join the team and put on some pads!  If you did not hear it, here it is in the Oregonian, read it and see how you feel afterwards:

Coach Lanning comes across as humble and sincere. Taking note and recognizing the genuine love he and his family have felt. Recognizing that the bar for Oregon coaches, players and fans is a National Championship. Just remember that these young players, in all Duck sports, need to feel love and appreciated, too. Like the boomers clinged to the telephone, television and popular hang outs for social information these youngsters get it all on and from social networks.  Consider being thoughtful when and where you post. These youngsters are certainly connected.
