Just read a fantastic article on duckwire by Zachary Neel  2/18 titled " Watch : Dan Lanning shows  moment he asked Carlos Locklyn to join the Ducks coaching staff".

 

In it there's a surprising and unique take on the fact that this is extremely rare in coaching circles. Showing a video of the hiring of any of the staff. DL is doing so. Another first for him. Kudos!

 

But the most amazing fact is the amount of Coach Locklyn players that are in the NFL.  I had no idea Coach Locklyn is the real deal and I can't see how any 5* recruits wouldn't be lining up to play for us.

 

On the video u hear his former players thanking him for getting them in the league and especially, the being hard on them. 

 

I think we are witnessing something new being done by DL on every facet of the game. It can't help but produce results that will be amazing.
