Remember when the Chargers head coach said Justin, "was a back-up for a reason"?

Anthony Lynn was fired for a reason. 

Good article, and it is refreshing to read.  It makes me wonder if the next step for the Chargers is huge, or if it can be made this offseason with enough draft picks, trades or free-agent signings?
