The home plate umpire did a pretty good job for being blind in one eye and having a cataract in the other. We understand he's on the short list for Pac-12 football referee. With any luck, we'll see him in the Stanford game.

Umpire, would you say your strike zone was consistent through the game?

"I certainly would."

Could you give us an idea of what it was?

"That's classified."

"I see.

"See what?"

"What your strike zone was during the game.

"What was it?"

I don't know,

"That's right. Keep'em guessing I always say."

Thank you, Umpire.
