The Softball team lost to No. 4 Arkansas 9-3, but confirmed the confidence of the NCAA seeding--giving them a No. 2 seed in spite of the last half of the season.  The Women ended up the No. 2 team in this regional.

    The loss of their Ace, Brooke Yanez definitely hurt. The positive? The pitchers that were available got time in the circle. Lombardi has done a great job with the team including recruiting. The Pac is loaded in softball and the Ducks will be competing for the top next season.
