June 17, 20223 yr We are at 86 right now so we are going to have to lose 1 player after fall camp. You can't go over it as was pointed out by Mr. Fishduck. In the past their was a limit based on players that signed with you for 4 years. If they left you couldn't add a new player/s to keep at 85, until the 4 yrs were over. A complicated mess as only our esteemed NCAA could put together. As I understand it means you can sign new guys to see if they can take or fill spots of attrition to the portal to stay at 85.
