Signing Day LOI in February used to be a big-deal, and now it is an after-thought to the December signings.  You can read about the two that signed this morning at GoDucks.com and the page for the bios of all the signees is right here, although the writer of these bios would get his rear-end kicked if he was a FishDuck writer.  No paragraph spacing....sheesh.
