30Duck No. 2 Share Posted February 4, 2021 It is interesting that the last time two teams on that list, Texas & USC, were relevant nationally is when they played each other in the Rose Bowl, in 2006. Both have the storied history and are located in fertile recruiting ground, but, without coaching to match, they sink. USC is sticking, might be stuck, in Clay.
