I wonder what his reasoning is for the move, because at this point I wouldn't want to be tying myself to Frost(Not that Chip is doing great either). BigDucksFan No. 3 Share Posted February 9, 2021 IMO Frost is still trying to run the old Chip program from his days at Oregon and was so successful for him at UCF. Chip, at UCLA has moved on from those days. It may be that Keanon Lowe wants more of the old Chip program. My problem with Frost is that he is not an X's and O's innovator.
