How Does Bo Nix's Hot Start Compare to the Best QBs in Modern-Oregon History?

Great comparison information of past QBs vs Bo Nix.  Even including the first game with Georgia, Bo Nix numbers are fantastic!

Through six games, Bo Nix has been on fire. So much so that his stats belong in conversations with Marcus Mariota, Justin Herbert, and Dennis Dixon.

Thanks for the article!  It's interesting to note that Bo has the best rushing stats through 6 games when compared with all of the great Oregon QBs on that "top 10" list.  We'll see if those stats hold up through the second half of the season, when Oregon will be facing some statistically tougher defenses.

He's definitely having a great season so far, and it's been a joy to watch him at the helm of Dilly's offense!

Bo's 'bad luck' he drew one of the best defensive teams in the country for game 1.  Might be a more interesting comparison to draw the line after 12 games, assuming he makes it thru 12.  i know Dixon didn't.  Might be some others, like Herbert, etc.

Yes, charting Bo's season we have to say, 'skip game 1'. For the past 5 games, his only misstep, really, has been tripping to cause the only sack this season. He and KD have meshed better than we could have hoped. The passing game all over the field, Oregon is putting up running stats like it used to, and he's choosing the right times to run it himself. The best thing is that all of this should just keep getting better.
