Changes could be coming to the NCAA’s football recruiting calendar. The NCAA Division I Football Oversight Committee

submitted a proposal Thursday that included a dead period in November.

 

In addition, a five-day quiet period would take the place of the current seven-day period prior to the start of a school’s second academic term.
