Things started as I feared, that the technique-tough Bears would slow Oregon's offense down, and they certainly did for a quarter and a half.  I was admiring how well the Cal front seven did their run-fits, and how disciplined they were.

 

Then at the end of the game I look up and see how Oregon scored their amazing season average of 42 points...and that took the bloom off the Wilcox rose to me.

 

Then the moron play-by-play was glossing over how, "Justin doesn't have enough bullets."  And who is responsible for that?  When Jeff Tedford was at Cal, they recruited well, and took a ton of players we wanted, as I watch recruiting closely.

 

No, I would not want him recruiting for me, although his defenses are very sound.  Then we get to the DC, Peter Sirmon...I love what he did at Oregon, but like Wilcox and Musgrave...

 

Hard Pass.  I gotta appreciate what we have at Oregon....
