Pennsylvania Duck Moderator No. 7 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Dana Altman breaks down Oregon's No. 7 ranked recruiting class Following a year where Oregon basketball failed to make the NCAA Tournament for just the fourth time in Altman's previous 12 years of coaching and a mass changing of its coaching staff, Dana Altman and the Oregon Ducks signed the No. 7 ranked recruiting class in 2023. The class featured two five-star prospects in forwards Kwame Evans and Mookie Cook, and an elite point guard in four-star Jackson Shelstad. How the Ducks did, it is pretty simple. Pennsylvania Duck Moderator No. 13 Share Posted November 28, 2022 Freshman C Kel'el Ware projected in first round of latest 2023 NBA Mock Draft Oregon five-star freshman center Kel'el Ware has begun to find a groove with the Ducks, and the mock drafts continue to take notice. Here's what Jonathan Wasserman had to say about Ware: "Ware has stood out most early for the shooting flashes and his defensive mobility. He doesn't have a huge offensive role in Oregon's offense, but the 7-footer has already hit three threes and blocked eight shots through four games. The potential to stretch the floor and protect the rim should be enough for Ware to remain in the top-20 discussion all year, even if his shot attempts and scoring production fluctuate."
