I understand he wants the positive to help the program, but he will need to handle the negative as a head coach. Seems kind of fragile to me, but I do like his emotion.

 

Can he be the CEO, I wonder. Should be an interesting game next year when Lannings team heads to Tempe.

It'll be interesting to watch.  Dilly has the youth, energy, and enthusiasm.  What he doesn't have is experience...he barely finished his first season calling his own plays.  Now he's taking on HC duties and rebuilding a program from the ground up, talk about a leap in difficulty.  Not saying he can't do it but that's a really big challenge to take on and we still don't know what kind of NCAA sanctions are coming his way thanks to Herm the Worm.
