One thing Oregon’s defense was lacking in 2022 was a disruptive pass-rush, but a couple big time recruits and a massive transfer portal grab could give Oregon the tools to put some big name QBs under some serious duress.

With new recruits Matayo Uiagalelei and Blake Purchase, Jordan Burch from the transfer portal, and Mase Funa returning, this edge group could be dominating for the Ducks.

With the slew of elite quarterbacks in the conference, pass rush will be a key factor

During the spring game last year, Popo was giving the offensive line fits. I remember the buzz around Popo ratcheting up big.

Looking forward to spring to see how the year off and injury affects his play. If he can pick up where he left off, look out. Popo will be a huge factor in the pass rush.
