  1. It certainly is not just you. The ESPNers have to express their doubts about Oregon to keep the noise moving. If Rece said, "Oregon is probably just going to win their next 3 games and lock up their place in the Playoff" the discussion would be over. With Georgia it's okay to say "They're In."
  2. Your question points out what is so maddening about the CFP. If conference Champions were automatically part of a "Playoff" all the who beat who wouldn't matter.
  3. Interesting that in the Houston-- Virginia game being played before the Oregon-BYU game, Hoston & Virginia are both coached by former WSU coaches, Kelvin Sampson & Tony Bennett. Also, Houston and Oregon could match up in the Maui Classic, being played in Las Vegas this year, Nov. 23-24.
  4. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but this guy could be doing the announcing.
  5. USC does have an excellent Film School
  6. Oregon is still at No. 3, Ohio State is No. 4. Chairman Barta says that Oregon is staying ahead of Ohio State. "Ohio State is "Playing Terrific offense", but because Oregon beat Ohio State, "In the Shoe, that's where the vote came out". In other news, Joey Galloway said that should Alabama lose close to Georgia, :"That would prove that Alabama is the second best team in the country if they play Georgia close at the end because nobody has been able to stay close to them."
  7. They absolutely would have. Larry Scott had a bizarre need for exclusivity, the Pac-12 Network, and he did not want Texas. who has its own Network, to join. The SEC took Oklahoma and Texas because it pretty much guts the Big 12 now, not because either will make a tangible effect on the SEC.
  8. It looks like Mycah has a lot of free time on his hands.
  9. Yes, hopefully not only does Mr. Thibs play great at Oregon, win awards, be the 1st pick in the NFL Draft, he shows players like Jayden Wayne that he and his friends can have the same success and more at Oregon!
  10. Not quite the same, but the ball through the end zone courtesy of the Cougs sent that game in the Ducks' direction.
  11. The idea of the Husky Honks embracing and cheering for Chip is mind blowing. They hate Chip. Of course in their Academically Prowessed minds they would see it as Chip rejecting Oregon.
