I havent came up with a prediction yet but I think neither team will score over 27 points. In fact I doubt if 35 points will be scored by both teams combined. Both teams have looked good and very bad through out the season so far.

So it appears that the two top guys running the team have very little confidence in their QBs and their offense? How should we feel as fans? Well Im giving a big BOOOOO! to that.

Maybe some of these 4* players Aren't so 4*?

I was in tears when The Ducks played Auburn in NCG --at the start of the game. I Thought the Good Lord had answered my prayers.

UCLA is as much up and down as the Ducks-its a battle of the down the tubes teams. If the Ducks D plays well we should win.

For some weird reason Im not worried about this game. I think it will be a very low scoring game with both teams making big mistakes and turn overs, but I think the Ducks will win by a field goal. After that we will probably lose 2 or 3 games. I call it the MC effect.

I dont think we are as good as advertised, which is leading to a lot of negative thoughts and opinions and rightfully so. We thought we had a Mustang but got a Pinto instead. I once heard Saban in an interview in which he said its not just about having high star recruits its about having the right ones that the team needs. TY Thompson was the best QB in Arizona history but what does that really mean? We dont really know? maybe he freaks under pressure of 300lb linemen, and the same could be said for other top recruits. Our D except for Bennett cant stop good passing teams and our line cant stop the run, we give up nearly 4 yrds a play and rank 60th in total defense, our team is extremely injury prone and lacking depth at least according to our coach. Ive always wondered how much faith we should put into all these highly ranked recruits coming out of high school leagues. But.....thats why the School pays 4 mil for a head coach and 2 mil for O and D coordinators.-- I just want to see some great football, my problem is that I AM A FULL TIME DUCK FAN --

I dont think there would be much booing if we were the same type of team we were 25-30 yrs ago. We would be happy with the wins anyway we could get them. But times have changed, the $$$ thrown onto the program the facilities AND the coaches has changed---People expect more when more has been put into the program. We now have a $ 4 mil a year coach and a whole bunch of 4* players, facilities that are even better than a lot of NFL teams. I expect better than how we played against Stony Brook, Stanford, Zona and especially Cal at home after a 2 week bye.

The Ducks seem to play a bit better in morning/early afternoon games--hopefully.

Fans will cheer and fans will boo, its all apart of sports.

Interesting, everybody in the football world knows about MC's recruiting here at Oregon and thats one reason we are still ranked pretty high. However his win/loss record will be even more important since LSU has no problem getting talent. If he was really interested in that job he will have to pretty much win from here on out.

Its all in how we look at things. Some just look for the win loss record for the season to be successful or not. Then there's the outside of the playing field aspects of the Ducks like recruiting, brand enhancement, TV ratings and very importantly to some is how big the program has gotten in terms of money thrown at it. Back 20 years ago we didn't think too much of the later. Ive been a Duck fan for over 40 years and remember being happy if we even received votes in the others category of the AP poll.
