Guerrier with the clutch shot!

More so, it should have been a flagrant. He wasn't making a play for the ball, so he was head hunting.

These are the times that Richardson needs to demand the ball.

Time for Young to provide some last minute heroics.

Not the time to fumble the ball away Dante, costly possession.

Wildcats claw out a Win over the Ducks 84-81
He got poked in the eye but the motion was similar to an uppercut. The defender was just recklessly swiping at the ball or Richardson's face or whichever came first.

Ducks off to a hot start. They are dominating the offensive glass.

Ducks Tame Cougars 62-59
Another sloppy finish by the Ducks. Every team is going think they have a shot at stealing the game against the Ducks in the final 2 minutes.

Ducks Tame Cougars 62-59
Richardson still had no impact in 2nd half. He had more turnovers than buckets the entire game.

Harmon taking over! Richardson is a no show in the second half. He got 2 pts and missed the technical foul shot.

Kepnang and Dante are all thumbs to start.

Oregon Cruises past Stanford 68-60
He's back! I would have sat him the rest of the game. No need to risk further injury with the game in the bag.

Yeah, his knee looks cut too. It's bleeding through his wrappings.

Harmon's night! Did you see the arc on his shots? Most of them appear short at first but swishhhhh.

Canzano Does NOT Like Dana's Bigs...
I commented about the lack of production from the Bigs in the last game thread. This is where I really miss a Jordan Bell or a Chris Boucher. Both were versatile, two-way players that dominated the boards, when they got on their pogo sticks. Bell may not have been known for being a mid-range shooter but when the Ducks needed a bucket with the shot clock expiring, he had it in his arsenal. Did anyone catch Bell's tryout for the Lakers? I was amazed at how he knocked down almost every jump shot including the mid-range and three pt shots. Bell also was an excellent passer and had excellent footwork, with a nice soft touch around the rim. As for Boucher, he could attack the rim or spread the floor and knock down threes which is why I wish Altman would speed up Bittle's development and and utilize him more. Both Kepnang and Dante are too limited offensively and aren't shooters. Dante can be effective posting up, provided that he doesn't travel with the ball first. All too often these guys are fumbling passes or rebounds that they should have secured. Even if they manage to come down with the ball, it frequently gets poked out of their hands by a smaller player. Dante should be dominating the boards, but either he's not in the right place or is waiting for the ball to come down to him rather than going up to snatch it. Recording 2 rebounds the entire game, isn't going to cut it. That tells me he is not instinctive and is not making the effort.

Women Need to Bounce Back Today vs. Arizona State
Why did Graves play Hurst instead of Parrish, late in the 4th? Hurst shot horribly, 0-3. Parrish was 2-4 from three.

Women Need to Bounce Back Today vs. Arizona State
Gotta improve on crashing the boards and boxing out. The second and third shot opportunities absolutely killed the Ducks and allowed struggling ASU to stay in the game and eventually take the lead.
