I grew up in Oklahoma a Sooner Fan.

Became a Duck fan when I moved here 30 years ago.

Been to every OU UO matchup except this one.   2004 in Norman I showed up not knowing who I would root for.  Rooted for Ducks ever since.

I've been to 5 National Championship games  3 loses for OU,  2 for UO.  So something has to give.

i just want a fun game.  OU has a real stud at QB,  smart, fast, & can throw.

    My take:

    Best Band  OU

    Best Mascot UO

Best Coach OU    Should be Stoops vs Bellotti

    Best QB OU

    OU 31 13 U0

    PALINDROME BOWL

That OU quarterback is one special athlete, a dual threat.   Cosgrove Computer says Oklahoma by 5.6, the same computer said Utah would win both Duck games.  I hope we do not lay a Duck egg on the national stage.   Feels like this will be another Utah type game,  Oklahoma by 20

No. 14 OREGON +4.5 vs. No. 16 OKLAHOMA - 9:15 PM - Bob Stoops is back on the sideline for the Sooners in the battle of The Headless Coachmen. Pac-12's number 2 team draws the B12's number 3 team. Which team wants it more? Which team will show up? Can Oregon, with Mr. T understandably sitting this one out, possibly be able to track down and keep up with Sooners QB Caleb Williams? Will one of the young Ducks QBs finally see the field of play? At some point, will Stoops try an onside kick?

I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS GAME WITH A TEN CENT BET.

CollegeFootballPoll.com says Ducks will lose by more than 4.5, Spread is Oregon 5.69 on their Cosgrove Computer. This site also predicted the 2 Utah Wins.

  3. Issue now is timing, with decommits happening and next Wednesday, Dec 15 is a very important day, Early National Signing Day:

    We need Chip Kelley Now!

  4. Study Bill O'Brien Offense Coach at Alabama, he beat Georgia, will totally destroy Cincy and will do the same to Michigan, yep I do not think Georgia will make it to the Championship Game.   O'Brien will bring back a winning Offensive Power to Oregon, just like he did at Penn State and Alabama.  This dog can hunt.

  5. Fickell is the right guy, he was just voted National Coach of the Year.  If there is a delay in announcing a MC replacement, it will mean they have given an offer to either Fickell or O'Brien who are both in the Playoffs.  If O'Brien beats Cinci by over 20 points, I would go with O'Brien since he is really my #1 Pick.

  6. Replace MC with an Offensive Genius:   Bill O'Brien as Head Coach, perfect fit.  Offensive Genius, NFL coaching background and look what his Alabama offense did to Georgia!  Coached Tom Brady, a developer of great QB's. Absolute perfect fit!  2nd Choice: Luke Fickell 3rd Choice:  Kiffin
