With MC gone, I've heard rumors of players transferring including a transfer to Utah of all teams. Go figure. Anyone else hear any rumors.

I know he comes with some baggage but boy he can put an offense together. Even Arizona, the eternal cellar dweller of the PAC-12 in football, won with RichRod as coach. Remember when he beat Chip Kelly during a regular season game? He coaches Jacksonville State now. Not only would he jump at the chance to coach Oregon, we could get him pretty cheap. This should at least get looked into.

I can't say as I blame Uncle Phil for being upset by Mario playing the Ducks especially with how massive and long that contract is.

I don't get it. Oregon hasn't done anything since MC has been here and just got its doors blown off by Utah. Don't give MC the option. Fire him and make a splash hire like Carroll or Meyer.

Notre Dame will never win another Natty. Oregon has a much better shot at the Natty. Who would ever want to live in South Bend, IN? It's an armhole state and city. This is why Oregon is a better job among several other reasons.

A few years ago I would've agreed, but Oregon is in its own realm now. This is part of why I'm so surprised about the last couple of weeks. Notre Dame hasn't done anything in over 30 years and is an Under Armor school. No top coach wants that.

Dirty secret about Mario ... He's not a good coach. We saw how he closed out both the halves vs. Utah. That's inexcusable and head coaches across the land are still laughing about our coaching there. When it comes to recruiting, anyone can recruit to Oregon with our resources and facilities. Let's put that to rest. It's not so much recruiting it's selecting players.

Oregon's a better job than Notre Dame.

Bill always has all sorts of love for Oregon even though he's still mad about losing to both the Ducks and the Beavers on a road trip when he was still a player at UCLA way back when.

Meyer has won a natty at every team he's ever coached at. He would win a natty in Eugene. We need him here.

If he doesn't want to be here let him go and let's pull a USC and get a real coach. Uncle Phil let's put up the money and get the guy who invented the spread offense as we know it today, let's go get Urban Meyer up here.

I'm not happy how poorly he guided the team here at the end and then he just ups and leaves for a "greener" pasture and more money all the while preaching "loyalty" to the players. Oregon has the talent we shouldn't be stuck in the Alamo Toilet Bowl. This is on the coaches and the injuries didn't help.

Christco should've been fired after the Stanford game. He should've been fired again at half time after the first Utah game when he kicked it to the punt returner at the end of the half instead of out of bounds. Christco should've been fired again for not challenging the 4 and 1 at the start of Conf champ game. And then fired for the second Brown threw the pick at the end of the half Friday giving Utah 9 points in last minute of the half.

If MC ever comes back to Autzen let's boo his butt like Tennessee still does Lane Kiffen. I went to the Ducks game @ the Volunteers some years ago and Tenn fans were still so pissed about Lane Kiffen. MC done us a lot dirtier than Kiffen did anyone.
